Prior to Google Ventures, Tracie was living and working in New York City. She started out as a consulting analyst at Accenture for two years and then moved on to help the National Kidney Foundation’s Chief Operating Officer and Development Department. While at the Kidney Foundation she completed post-baccalaureate courses in pre-med. She was admitted into medical school and took a year to defer and ultimately change course. During her deferral she worked at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher for the Chair of the Investment Funds Practice Group. An avid volunteer, Tracie works with local mentoring programs, homeless shelters and helps to teach ballroom dance classes.
Tracie graduated from Duke University with a BA in Economics and minors in Spanish and Religion.
