Jessica Wu

Jessica Wu is a Senior Paralegal at Google Ventures. Prior to joining the Google Ventures team in 2011, Jessica was a Senior Paralegal at Atmel Corporation, a public semiconductor company in San Jose, California, managing the corporate governance of their international and domestic subsidiaries. Jessica also worked as a Senior Paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, assisting startups on general corporate and transactional matters, including incorporations, stock administration and preferred stock financings.

Jessica’s background also includes working for two startup companies in Silicon Valley: Silicon Gaming, Inc., which focused on next-generation slot machines (acquired by IGT) and Liquid Audio, Inc., which focused on streaming and downloading music over the Internet (acquired by Anderson Media).

Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting and Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University in 1995, is a nationally Certified Paralegal and is based in Mountain View, California.
